Who we are
We are the commercial representation team at Roccibella. Our website, www.roccibella.com, works as a professional portfolio and an exclusive contact channel for agencies, brands and companies interested in collaborating on campaigns, events and commercial projects. We care deeply about the privacy and confidentiality of the business information you share with us, and in this document we explain clearly what information we keep and what we use it for.
What information do we keep?
When you send us a proposal through our contact form, we only ask for the information we need to evaluate the collaboration. That information is:
- Full name
- Brand or company you represent
- Role or job title
- Phone number
- Email address
- Type of collaboration you have in mind
- The details and description of your proposal
In addition, our web platform automatically records some technical data about your visit, such as which sections of the portfolio you looked at or which device you came from. This helps us analyze our site traffic and improve how it works.
What do we use your information for?
We use your contact and company details exclusively to:
- Receive, read and evaluate your commercial collaboration proposal or event invitation.
- Contact you directly to follow up on your request, schedule meetings or negotiate terms.
- Maintain a secure internal directory of brands and commercial contacts (PR).
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties outside the Roccibella commercial team, except for the cases explained in the next section.
Who do we share your information with?
We only share your information with:
- Our web hosting providers: the technology platforms that keep our site online, which store the database securely and privately.
- Analytics tools (e.g. Meta, Google or TikTok): we use these platforms in a general way to understand our web traffic. They only collect general browsing and statistical data, never the confidential information in your proposals.
All of these companies have their own privacy policies and are required to protect the information they process.
Do we use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files saved on your device when you visit our page. We use them so the site works properly (for example, so the contact form submits correctly) and to measure how many visits the Roccibella profile receives.
If you prefer not to use cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings, although the form's functionality may be affected.
What are your rights?
As a representative of your brand or company, at any time you can:
- Ask us to tell you what information we have on record about you or your company.
- Ask us to correct your information if there is an error in your contact details.
- Ask us to delete your data and proposals from our commercial database.

How do we protect your information?
We understand that commercial proposals may contain sensitive information about your brand's upcoming launches or budgets. Our site has security certificates and your information travels encrypted. We restrict access to messages exclusively to the Roccibella team directly responsible for public relations and sponsorships.
